5. GETTING BACK IN THE GYM:

    Been getting back in the gym, feels good.. feels real good, cathartic.

 

4. BLACK PHANTOM CRUSADES:

    uhm... congrats guys.. When i was putting together my new case of cd's to listen to for the next month or so,

    I decided to do mainly all singer songwriter stuff, as thats kinda what I've been into lately, Kris Kristofferson, Nick

    Drake, Elliott Smith, Leonard Chohen, and now..  Red Animal War, Black Phanton..  Hell of an album..

 

3. MY MORGAN MOROE:

    I am absolutely in love with my guitar, i'ts a Morgan Monroe MVS-45 Creekside. I cant put it down. I have been playing

    this guitar for around 2 yrs. now, and I still cant believe how inexpensive it was. Of course I'd still rather be playing a

    Martin, but this girl holds up, and its more beautiful, easier to play and easily as resonant, and crystal clear as the

    afore mentioned brand that happens to be about a thousand dollars out of my range.

 

2. OBITS:

    Did anyone see OBITS on Jimmy Fallon last night? I missed it.. :-(

    6 days, and then, our secnd annual Vegan Thansgiving feast. Mmmmmm
